Items are all hand crafted... so they vary slightly in shape, size, and color. We take the greatest care to insure a high level of quality and consistency... but some variation exists. If you are not satisfied with the particular piece you have chosen we will exchange it for another of the same at no additional charge. In the event that you want to return the item outright and it is in re-sellable condition (earrings not worn already) we will issue you credit for the full purchase price. This credit must be used within 1 year from date of return. No cash refunds will be given.
